The Borough of Manville Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) provides subsidy to very low income families who meet HUD regulations.
Property owners interested in participating in the HCV program should contact the Manville Housing Authority for more information. All units must meet Housing Quality Standards set forth by HUD. The Housing Authority conducts an initial inspection of each unit and then an annual inspection thereafter.
