The Borough sold the wastewater system to New Jersey American Water (NJAW) on November 1, 2024.

About the Sewer Bill

  • January 15, 2025, will be the last day for online payments to the Borough.
  • The final sewer utility bill from the Borough covered the service period from June 1st  through October 31st, 2024.
  • Starting in December 2024, New Jersey American Water will include water and wastewater services in one bill, per Block and Lot.
  • Starting on December 1st, please contact New Jersey American Water to pay your sewer bill or online on their website at     https://login-green.amwater.com/.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

THE FINAL SEWER BILL IS THE 3RD QUARTER SEWER UTILITY BILLING FOR 2024 USAGE DATES COVERING:  June 1, 2024, through October 31, 2024


This bill is based on five (5) months of water use for total gallons used for the 

months of: June, July, August, September, and October. 

 

THE FINAL SEWER BILL IS A TWO (2) QUARTER BILLING THAT INCLUDES 3 MONTHS FROM THE 3RD QUARTER AND 2 MONTHS FROM THE 4TH QUARTER BILLING CYCLE. ALL POOL CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED ON THIS BILL.

AS A COURTESY THE BOROUGH HAS ELIMINATED THE $55/BASE AMOUNT FROM THE 4TH QUARTER SEWER BILLING PERIOD - DUE TO THE DELAY IN THE SEWER SALE TO AMERICAN WATER EFFECTIVE 11/1/2024. 

 

All future monthly sewer charges will be included on your monthly water bill beginning with the November water usage billing cycle produced by New Jersey American Water (NJAW).  

 

FINAL PAYMENT ACCEPTED AT THE BOROUGH FOR SEWER UTILITY IS SCHEDULED FOR A DEADLINE OF: 

January 15, 2025, will be the final day you can go online to make a sewer payment through the Borough’s online bill payment system. If you pay your sewer bill to the Borough through your financial institution, please make sure to stop any automatic payments.
