PUBLIC NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Manville will hold its annual REORGANIZATION MEETING for 2023 on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at 325 N. Main St. Manville, NJ 08835.

Any changes to this date or time will be noted in the legal section.

Discussions will be held and official action will be taken on matters including but not limited to the following agenda items:

• Reorganization and Appointment of Municipal Officials and Committee Members.
• Any other regular business brought before the Mayor and Council.
• Formal Action will be taken.

Adequate notice of this meeting, as required by the Open Public Meetings Act

 ("SUNSHINE LAW"), P.L. 1975, Chapter 231, has been provided in that on January 3, 2023, this meeting was:

1. Prominently posted on the Bulletin Board in the Municipal Building.
2. Filed with the Acting Borough Clerk
3. Mailed to any person who requests it and who has paid the fee established by the Governing Body to cover the cost of providing such notice; and
4. Transmitted to the Star Ledger and the Courier News.
