BEGINNER SENIOR YOGA!

Join us on Tuesdays & Thursdays this Summer for the new Beginner Senior Yoga program at the Manville Public Library in the Community Room.

Sessions are from 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Registration fee is $25 per person

Session dates:
July: 5th - 7th - 12th - 14th - 19th - 21st - 26th - 28th

August: 2nd - 4th - 9th - 11th - 16th - 18th

Please bring a mat, towel and water bottle.  Chairs will be provided

All levels are welcome to participate!



SENIOR EXERCISE IS BACK!

Starting on Wednesday, April 27th we will be holding 8 sessions of the Senior Low Impact Chair Aerobics program at the Manville Public Library in the Community Room.

Sessions are from 10:30am to 11:30am

Registration fee is $15 per person
